Superseded

Statutory Instrument 290 of 2008 delegated certain powers to John McGuinness TD, then Minister for Trade & Commerce. Following his resignation as Minister of State on 20 April, 2009, this SI ceased to have effect.

Pursuant to the provisions of Statutory Instrument 334 of 2010, the powers then delegated to Deputy McGuinness now reside with Billy Kelleher TD, Minister for Trade & Commerce.
