Superseded

Statutory Instrument 248 of 2009 delegated certain powers to Billy Kelleher TD, Minister for Trade & Commerce. Following the cabinet reshuffle on 23 March, 2010, this SI ceased to have effect.

Pursuant to the provisions of Statutory Instrument 334 of 2010, the powers delegated to Deputy Kelleher have again been delegated to him.
