Governance - Board of Directors
As provided for by the Act, the Authority discharges its functions and exercises its powers through a company specifically designated for that purpose by the Minister for Trade & Commerce. The Authority is governed by a Board of 15 directors. The Act further provides that, of the Authority’s 15 directors, a maximum of 5 may be members of a prescribed accountancy body.
