Tuesday, 26th October, 2010: The Committee of European Securities Regulators (CESR) has published a follow-up Statement on an earlier report on the “Application of Disclosure Requirements related to Financial Instruments in the 2008 Financial Statements of Financial Institutions” published in November 2009.
